Participant Arrival and Registration –  Tuesday, October 12th

Wednesday, October 13th – Practice Round @ Cocotal Golf & Country Club

• (included in package but not mandatory, send your advanced request for tee times)

Wednesday, October 13th – Welcome Cocktail Party at Cocotal Golf & Country Club Poolside Bar from 05:00 – 06:30pm (2 drinks included p/p); non-golfers are also invited to event

Thursday, October 14th – Round 1 @ Cocotal Golf & Country Club (starting times at 08:00am)

Friday, October 15th – Round 2 @ La Cana Golf Club (starting times at 09:00am)

Saturday, October 16th – Round 3 @ Punta Espada Golf Club (starting times at 09:00am)

Saturday, October 17th – Awards Ceremony Luncheon @ Punta Espada (following final round)

Thursday/Friday/Saturday are open evenings, feel free to book one of the many great restaurants in the hotel with the guest service representatives or visit the Palma Real Shopping Center and eat at Hard Rock Cafe, Tony Roma’s, Tangerine or Akai Sushi.  Additionally, there are several beach restaurants in walking distance of both the Melia Caribe Tropical and the Beach Condos.
