 Payment Terms

A 25% deposit of the total package + ($500 for 3-bedroom / $400 for 2-bedroom / $300 for 1-bedroom) is due at time of reservation / payment accepted by Credit Card (add 3% to total is paid by credit card), U.S. Checks, Cash Deposit or Wire Transfer

The final payment is due 30 days before date of travel

If you cancel before 90 days of date of travel you will receive a 97% refund

If you cancel before 60 days of date of travel you will receive a 50% refund

If you cancel before 31 days of date of travel you will receive a 25% refund

If you cancel within 30 days of date of travel you will NOT receive a refund

After check-out and management review of the rental unit, you are entitled to a refund of the following deposit (it is the management/owner’s discretion of missing items or damage that may have occurred during your stay): 

($500 for 3-bedroom / $400 for 2-bedroom / $300 for 1-bedroom)
