TERMS AND CONDITIONS – RIU HOTELS
THIS FORM IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND GOLF – DOMINICAN REPUBLIC (CHICAGO, IL).  THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT IS TO CONFIRM A TEE TIME AND PAY FOR THE CART FEE AND GREEN FEE AT COCOTAL GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB. IT IS THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THEIR TEE TIME. TEE TIMES ARE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL AND SENT FROM A GOLF – DOMINICAN REPUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE. WITHOUT THIS CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH EACH TRANSACTION THE CLIENT HAS NO RIGHT TO A TEE TIME.
 
NO SHOW POLICY:
CLIENTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AT THE GOLF COURSE AND READY TO TEE OFF 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR TEE TIME. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT AND NOT THAT OF THE GOLF COURSE, HOTEL OR ANY OTHER SOURCE OR ENTITIY TO ENSURE THAT THE CLIENT IS AT THE GOLF COURSE AND READY TO TEE OF 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED TEE TIME. IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT SHOW UP FOR THE TEE TIME THE CLIENT AGREES TO FORFEIT ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO CLAIM A REFUND FOR THE CHARGED AMOUNT OF MONEY INCLUDING ALL FEES, EXCHANGED FEES, ETC. THAT WOULD APPLY TO ANY CHARGE RELATED TO THIS TRANSACTION.

NO SHOW RAIN DAY:
IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE GOLF COURSE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DAYS THAT IT RAINS. THE GOLF COURSE AND THE GOLF RESERVATION CENTER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIVING, CHANGING OR WORKING WITH THE HOTEL OR HOTEL EMPLOYEES TO PASS INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS REGARDING ALTERING THEIR RESERVATION. CLIENT AGREES THAT THEY WILL WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A REFUND IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PRODUCE A DOCUMENT IN WRITING FROM THE GOLF RESERVATION CENTER DOCUMENTING A CHANGE. ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS ALSO AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COCOTAL GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB INCLUDING THE RAIN CHECK POLICY.

NO SHOW TRANSPORTATION:
EACH CLIENT WHO SUCCESSFULLY BOOKS A RESERVATION THROUGH www.cocotalgolf.com, WILL RECEIVE A PICK UP TIME FOR THEIR ROUND-TRIP TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE GOLF COURSE. THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THIS TRANSPORTATION OPERATES AS A GROUP TRANSPORT AND IS NOT CONSIDERED PRIVATE. TRANSPORTS RUN WHEN THE BUS IS FULL. CLIENT AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS IS THEIR PREFERED MODE OF TRANSPORTATION. CLIENT ALSO ACKNOWLEDGES THAT FAILURE TO BE AT THE DESIGNATED LOCATION 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE DESIGNATED TIME IS ACKNOWLEDEGEMENT BY THE CLIENT THAT THEY HAVE MISSED THEIR TRANSPORTATION AND THEREFORE WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO CONTEST THIS TRANSACTION. FURTHERMORE, MISSING THE SCHEDULED TRANSPORT IS ACCEPTANCE OF MISSING THE TEE TIME. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT COCOTAL AND GOLF – DOMINICAN REPUBLIC WILL NOT REIMBURSE CLIENTS WHO TAKE A TAXI OR ANY OTHER FORM OF TRANSPORTATION NOT AUTHORIZED BY GOLF – DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

EXPRESS CHECK-IN:
CLIENTS PRE-BOOKNG THEIR TEE TIMES WILL HAVE THEIR NAME AND CONFIMRATION NUMBER ON THE FRONT OF A RESERVED CART.  ON THE DAY OF PLAY THE CLIENT MUST PRESENT THEIR EXPRESS CHECK-IN VOUCHER TO THE CADDY MASTER FOR CHECK IN.

PROCESSING & TRANSPORTATION FEES:
CLIENT AGREES TO A $10 USD PER TEE TIME, PER PERSON PROCESSING FEE AND A $15 USD TRANSPORTATION FEE.  BOTH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
THE CLIENT MAY CANCEL THEIR TEE TIME 24 HOURS (TWENTY FOUR HOURS) IN ADVANCE. THE CLIENT WILL BE REFUNDED THE COMPLETE CHARGE MINUS THE PROCESSING FEE. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO OBTAIN A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER. WITHOUT THIS CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER THE TEE TIME RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED VALID. CANCELLATION CONFIMATION NUMBERS ARE TIME STAMPED. IT IS THE RESPONSBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO NOTIFY THE GOLF- DOMINICAN REPUBLIC TWENTY FOUR HOURS BEFORE THE TEE TIME IS SCHEDULED TO CANCEL A RESERVATION. NOTIFICATION MAY BE GIVEN BY PHONE 809-687-4653, EMAIL SALES@GOLFRESERVATIONCENTER.COM OR FAX 312-777-1234 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7AM EST AND 6PM EST. CANCELLATION REQUESTS MADE OUTSIDE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS WILL BE HANDLED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
